To create a design perfectly suited to the customer's wishes, we first run trials with a test machine before delivering a product the customer will be happy with. We also offer support with periodic maintenance, repairs, and renovations long after equipment has been introduced.

We are proud of the technology and experience we've cultivated while developing and maintaining firing furnaces over half a century in our maintenance service, but it's more than that. We see this prowess not only as our pride but our strength.
Temperature control inside furnaces is done at the precise unit of 1 °C and our techniques of suppressing the expansion caused by furnace heat is done at a degree of millimeters—scales nearly no other company can imitate. Plus, there is only a small number of companies other than us who wield furnace construction techniques for chambers producing large glass components.
Noritake TCF works with ceramics firing furnaces for pottery and ceramic dishes, glass, various home appliances found in everyday life, and even vital electronic devices like smartphones.
